While it is expected that Tirana and Athens will finalize a broad agreement among them on issues pending for years, Prime Minister Edi Rama and his Greek counterpart, Alexis Tsipras, will meet next week in a head-to-head conversation.
Tv Klan sources said the two prime ministers will meet during the meeting held in London under the Berlin process.
The meeting is expected to be focused on the progress of the negotiations on the maritime issue, which is being discussed between the two countries’ negotiating groups.
A day earlier, Greek newspaper “Kathimerini” wrote that the signing of the agreement on the maritime border could be postponed due to the Greek opposition’s pressure after reaching agreement with Skopje on the name issue of Macedonia./tvklan.al
