Bashkim Dedja was re-elected chairman of the Constitutional Court. The press office in this body reports that Dedja was elected to be again in charge of the Constitutional Court through a private and unanimous vote of all judges.

Under the new amendments to the Law on Organization and Functioning of the Constitutional Court, the chairman of this Court as each of its judges has a 9-year mandate and is elected for a three-year period with a right of re-election to be in charge of the Judges’ .
